Hayford ready to face the sack .

The Soccer Miners have endured a torrid time this second half of the
season with Hayford's side slipping to the fifth position on the First
Capital Plus Premier League log following their 4-1 crushing by Kumasi
Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium last Sunday.
In a post-match interview, under-fire Hayford said he was ready for the sack if his employers felt it was time for him to go.
"I am not afraid of getting sacked; coaches are hired to be fired," he said.
The Kotoko defeat was Ashgold's sixth loss this season with the Obuasi side being winless in their last five matches.
Hayford described his side's turbulent times as normal, claiming it was part of the game.
"We have had a stakeholders' meeting to identify the cause of our dismal performance and I think things will improve," he added.
